The philosophy of designer Maxine Greenspan is to bring beauty and function seamlessly together when designing client’s homes and work environments.
Maxine keeps her serious appreciation for classic style while staying attuned to the nuances of structure, form, shape, and texture: all elements she has absorbed through travel and art. Maxine Greenspan Design has worked with clients on homes and environments in Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, New York and Jamaica, in spaces that are traditional, contemporary, artistic, casual, and functional.

Maxine has taken to travelling to further her studies. She has made it her life’s work to be inspired by other cultures. She is always searching for great design inspiration by observing and participating in the lifestyles of different cultures.
Maxine is a member of the Friends of Florence, which restores and educates travelers on the art and architecture of Florence, and the International Council of the American Academy in Rome, a group that awards fellowships to artists of all disciplines. A Board member of the Design and Decoration Council of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. A past Board member of the Los Angeles Conservancy and the Library Council.
With her business based in Pacific Palisades, Maxine continues her education by traveling the world exploring culture, fashion, food and architecture.
